Thanks for the tip, but I finally figured it out. It was the 7th injector that was causing the issue. Unplugged everything from the 7th injector ecu and the motor started right up. Below is the video

sounds like it is a runner, although their are a few suggestions.
Did you have a shop like toyonlyswap do your wiring harness? if not it wont run
and another idea is agian, fuel, is the gas tank clean?
Do you have a good/new ecm?
the cam position sensor right below thermostat can prevent it from runnin,
she sounds like she is gettin compression so i wouldnt worry bout that. Make sure you have your electrical and vacumm lines in the right spots, if you get confused let me know, recently finished my swap after workin on it a year. you can always spray on more tire shine
double check all your electrical, my best bet, since mine did the same thing.

Thanks, now i just have to figure out whats going on with the 7th injector. but at least i can start to button her up and start to modify the right side header. I need to get her on the road so i can get my exhaust built. I am still waiting on my rear brakes to get chromed, so i can put them together.

Update--
So ive been a lil busy with my backyard and fixing the house while i was waiting for my rear brake calipers to get chromed to match the front. I will most likely get the rear brakes put on this weekend or this week, then i can finally take the yota out the garage and take her for a spin. Also while i was waiting i was able to get the 4runner seats bolted into place as well as the center console. For the center console i had to create my own bracket to hold it in place. The bottom portion of the interior will have to wait til i figure out what is going on with the gauges.
Here are some pics below.....

Sorry for getting back to you so late, but ya your going to need to get a 97+ ecu. 95 and 96 ecu will not acknowledge the extra boost and the 7th injector would be pointless. With the 97 or 98 ecu i just think you would need to repin some of the wires but other than that you should be good!!

Another small lil update-
I was able to finally install the rear disc brake with parking brake. I have to honestly say it took way to long to install them due to no instructions and just having to look at the pics to install. I think they look good now i just need to extended the parking brake cables some how. Also need to bleed my brakes some more, i hope my front calipers didnt seize due to me chrome plating them, I guess only time will tell....

Here are some updated pictures as well...So it been awhile since i last posted on here, been a lil busy with fixing up my house and figuring out these brakes. With the brake i made a bone headed mistake chrome the ones off the 4runner without making sure the calipers were not seize. Well i go to put them on and what do you know they are seized, not sure by the chroming shop or just from the 4runner sitting for all those years. Any ways i had to buy other 4x4 calipers and got those installed. So then it was time to bleed them, i must of bled them about 10 times and went through 3 master brake cylinders til i notice something that pissed me off. When i installed the front brake calipers the bleeder screw was on the bottom when they needed to be on the top. UGH!! i knew it had to be a simple problem....So after that fiasco it was onto the headers. i knew the drivers side fit fine, it was the passengers side that was the issue. So what i ended up doing was rerouting one of the runners and lifting the motor up to install the header and it turned out great. Soon after that i was able to take my truck to the exhaust shop and get the full exhaust installed. Its not the great full custom exhaust but for 400 bucks its not bad for the price. Im sure I am missing a lot of other stuff that i did but fr now i think im good on typing anything else. Now im just enjoying driving here while i get my truck registered to Texas from Cali.

Update:
Today i made a mock up of my cold air intake, Just need to add a breather for the valve cover and polish the pipe. I went the same route as i did with my 3.0 with having it in the fender. I also was able to get some cheap tunes in my truck again. Now i just need to save up for my LSD so i can actually see what my truck puts down.
