86 Beater build up
So i picked up my 86 a few weeks ago here is what were looking at
So this weekend i picked up an 85 axle and ordered the 5" kit from trailgear and started tearing down the axle(Seals are blown). Still havent gutted the ifs or started to put in the axle waiting to finish the axle rebuild so I can get it to the shop to get it re-geared. Bought my wrangler mtr 35's today and some fuel 17 by 9s picking up the set in a few days. Still havent decided whether to just cave in and get the TG rear 5" kit or to go to the yard and pull 63s in the 105 degree heat ha. If anyone runs the TG 56's in the rear id love to know how they run i will keep posting pictures as i build it up. already build my t case loaded up with marlin 4.70s they work awesome still debating on the rear end cant wait to get the ifs out and get this sucker in the air. Motor has 50k original miles bodys sitting 120 so trucks running great. any opinions on going with the 3 link front or rear are appreciated to im going for a good crawling build but something i can still roll around town in if i feel up to it!
