Only the hood and roof, but those were the only places the clear coat was peeling so it worked out nicely. I paid out of pocket for the hood to get painted since it wasn't damaged, but it was pretty cheap.

I bought some taillights off a parting out thread on here and got the little shade that goes inside the lens. Looks MUCH better.
On a side note, there's a guy with some Goodyear Wrangler MTs nearby that are the right size for my truck. Does anyone have any experience with them and are they super noisy on the highway?
95% of my truck's use is paved road, with firebreak-style trails making up the remainder. I was going to get another set of ATs (mine are pretty worn out and showing some weather checking) but these are a really good price.

I didn't end up getting those tires, they sold before I had a chance to look at them.
In other news, I finally got sick of my speedo screaming at me in the "cold" weather we've been having down here. I cleaned the cable a while back, but it was still acting up. I pulled the gauge cluster out tonight and figured out that there's a bearing in the plastic right where the speedo cable clicks into the gauge. I gave it a good dose of silicone lube. Initial test drive looks like its fixed the screaming in the cold and the super wobbly speedo (+/- about 5-8 mph) I have had ALL the time, even when its warm. I'm down to a minor wobble (+/- 1 mph) at speeds under 35 or so, which seems to stop at higher speeds. I'll keep an eye on it, but fingers crossed that I fixed it. While I was in there, I pulled all the screws that make the electrical connections from the plastic printed circuit thing to the gauges themselves and cleaned them up really well in some electrical contact cleaner. I also cleaned the connections on the plastic sheet and the three connectors that hook into the top of the gauge cluster. I was having some intermittent coolant temp gauge indications, and it looks like I fixed that as well.
The next big project will be fixing the headliner in the fiberglass top, the foam is deteriorating and its hanging down in the passenger side so much that no-one wants to sit behind the passenger seat. I can't blame them. I'm going to tackle that this spring when I pull it to put the soft top back on. I might also take it somewhere to get repainted - it's looking pretty rough on the outside and I'm no painter.

Success! On the speedo anyway. Test drove today completely cold soaked to 24 deg F and it acted just like it did on last night's drive.
The coolant temp gauge is still intermittent. I figure its either in the windings of the gauge or the wiring from the sensor to the dash, but I'm not concerned enough to start pulling it all back apart again just for that. Maybe on a warmer day. Until then, time to burn more fuel!
