so a couple days ago I ordered a 135* intake tube from ebay, yesterday I went to costco picked up two 850 cold cranking amp kirkland batteries, and today I got a 120 amp jaguar alternator. everything should be ready to be put in by the end of the week when i will pick up wires. I will keep everyone updated and make a write up.

Looks great with the KM2's. I really want a set of those but cant bring myself to spend the money.

Maybe I missed something but I think I read somewhere that you used a 135Degree elbow for your intake? Did you notice mush of a difference if any after the change. Do you have anything supporting the AFM, Like an mount of some sort.

Thanks. It doesn't seem that long ago that i was reading through builds wishing my truck was like others i see on here. Almost everything I've done to my truck I got the idea or made the decision cause of this site.

Yes I bought the 135 degree elbow on ebay. The only difference I've noticed so far is that the intake is quieter since its on the passenger side of the truck now. The afm / filter is just kind of sitting on my a/c lines and stuff that is there. I think that will be just fine since the short length of the intake tube plus the fact that it is bent against a giant battery makes it decently rigid. Really I wish I could have picked up a 145 degree elbow but i had no luck and this one was only $13 shipped.

Would you be able to post a picture of how you mounted your air flow meter? Is it atatched to the inner fender or the intake manifold? I am running a 22re in a first gen and am limited for space. The way you mounted yours looks like it may solve the problem im having.

When I moved my afm for my batteries I went to autozone or shucks and got 2 of the spectrum 45* make your own intake pieces and put them together and that put my afm right next to my manifold and i used a piece of angle and bolted it to the manifold. Works good, I was going to run out and snap some pictures of it, then I remembered my truck is way up in the air on the rack right now. (dam shucks sold me the wrong filter so I have to finish my oil change tmw.) I get you a picture tmw.

Here is a shot of the Jaguar alternator and the upgraded charge wire. I ended up having to get the Toyota pulley machined to fit the alternator worked out perfect.

It got darker so of course I took more pictures I plan on running a string under the front and rear bumpers soon, some under the hood and in the box. I've wanted to do this for a while now and came across these on amazon
http://amzn.com/B005GL5R56
I opted for the non waterproof ones so i could waterproof them myself with with 3/8 in id vinyl tube.
