nice work on the fender...
from what I have seen around my area, that fender would have been considered pretty good condition

and it is getting dark @ 5AM??? where are you

Like seeing the repair and the pics. Its easier to replace parts, but I rather see and do the repair myself. Great job.

Sorry to hear about the flu. We have had that going around here too. We have gotten alot of snow around here. That has slowed me way down. I am so ready for spring or warmer days. Looks like you can start reassembling soon. That the fun part of the build. I will be watching.

I'm back :)

man, finally finding the time to get some work done on the truck again. tax time really sucks for me. well, that and the plumbing leak under the slab of my house. its kinda put a damper on things. got both fenders 90% done, just going to media blast them this week then get some primer on them. will post up some step by step pics here in the next couple of days.

its nice to see someone restoring a truck rather than hacking it up. atleast there will be a few survivors in 20 years

X2 on that. I like seeing restores and improvements that make them more enjoyable to drive and dependable. Been liking what I have seen so far.

Just checking in on you. Hoping everything is going well for you. I found an 82 for a friend of mine awhile back and he got it. I helped him work on it for an evening. First time I have really been around that generation of Toyotas. Those are really shrap trucks. We just dont have too many of them around this part of the country. I will be glad to get mine finished and start on one like yours. I want to do a full frame up like you are doing.
