Trail Ride February 27th

I'm heading out the little moab or 5 mile pass area. I've never been out there or even been off roading for that matter. I just want to go see what my truck can do.

I'm not sure which Saturday I want to head out there, 6th or 13. If anyone wants to head outhere with me and show me a think oo two let me know.

I haven't been out there either. I might be able to go on the 13th. I'm stock except for 32's and sliders. I've got a cb, too.

My 4Runner us stock. I've been poring a lot of money into it just to get it running so it will take a while for me to get some gear. I don't have a CB yet. I was looking at getting this small Cobra and mounting in place of the ash tray.

I found this map of 5 Mile Pass. Does anyone know if this is accurate?

I'm interested in going out. My 4Runner is stock and all I've pick up for recovery gear is as 30' recover strap. I've heard that it is an easy course. Let me know when and where you're meeting.

Ya, but aren't the ttora guys going to run Rattlesnake, in which his 4runner wouldn't make it. It could make the other trails around there just not that one.

Here's another map off my GPS:

Yeah, I heard sliders are probably a good idea. The guy did say he has seen people go through completely stock. Up to you. I know they're going to go exploring a bit kore after the trail, so you could come for that. I have to take off at 10.

If you have a CB, we'll be on channel 7. If you want to come early morning, you can ride with me or with the other guys, then you can pick up your truck to do more exploring after the trail. The trail is said to take maybe 40 minutes. I posted a new thread with the meeting place and time.

If you don't want to meet the group at 7am, I'd be up to taking you around 5-Mile around that time.
