Well the 1999 was nice but things just kept braking. I couldn't afford to keep up on all the repairs. I must have spent close to $3000 on it after i got it. It also had cigaret smell that I could not get rid of. My wife would drive it. I'm kind of sad to see it go. You don't see to many of them. I was able to sell it and make a little money off it. A BYU student that live in Orem now owns it.

I will a little bit after i've worked out a few kinks. I don't think it has rear diff lock. I got it more to dive and hall stuff for home improvement projects.

Funny thing, happen last night. The mom of the guy i sold my1999 4Runner to called to yell at me. I she said the head gaskets are cracked and I need to pay to pay for the repairs. After I stopped laughing I told her I had no knowledge of the problem and it's not my problem. She didn't like that and said she was going to seek legal action.

Well, that's interesting.

Did you know that when you sold it.

I never saw any problem and it ran great when I had it.
