I'm parting out a 1998 Toyota 4Runner that I acquired.

V6 Auto 194,000 miles
White exterior
Tan leather interior
Frame is shot
Rear gate has a hole in it window and wiper work just fine
Driver's side rear door has a little damage to it on the outside all other doors in good shape
Front fenders are in nice shape
Headlights are good
Grill is good
Tail lights are good
Interior is a bit dirty
Front and rear bumpers are rusted through
Sunroof is good and works just fine

I drove it home and it ran great, trans shifted a little sluggish but it could use a flushing and/or filter change otherwise if pulled hard.

Is there something in particular you're after I have other parts available that are ala carte. Also, as FYI the diff in the 4Rnr is a non locking differential axle code AO3A.

Again a little dirty like the rest of the interior but they seem to be snug in the dash and stay where they were positioned before I popped them out.

Yep, I know exactly what you mean I had the same thing happen to my 02 4Rnr, I actually was able to save my housing by just replacing the center cap on the housing. Let me check out the axle under this 1998 and I'll get back to you in a day or two.

It is in good shape, but has a very small crack near the opening where the strap handle come through and the small tab that closes that same hole is missing.

What color is the interior? I'm interested in the platic console piece that covers the transmission and t- case shifters

The interior is Tan but the black trim around the shifters is gone already. I have the lower portion of that area in tan if that help you?
