It's alright, I didn't take it personally. My dad was trained by some Swiss dude many moons ago. In turn, my dad taught me how to ski, so what you said makes sense. But yeah, we are both sporting blue jackets, so it could be hard to tell us apart.
I added "old film age" to the Windows Movie Maker editing software to make it look like that. I can still pull 360's - I hope that isn't too 70's yet!

Maybe next time. I am only 29, who needs knees anyway?

Well, it was a Friday. That is the only thing I can figure. It's also $50 to ski there. On a normal weekend that place can get mobbed. I hate crowds.
We skied Durango (DMR, Purgatory) last year and the lines were really bad. After lunch they thinned out because everyone was getting hammered at the bar, but it was still crowded. Waiting in a lift line is like sitting in traffic.

Have you seen any of the Warren Miller films Rob? If not, you might want to pick one up at your local video store. His movies are very entertaining. Skiers and boarders are pulling some amazing tricks these days...and his films get all of that stuff on tape.

No I haven't seen any of his stuff; I will look into it.
I was heavy into snowboarding until a patch of ice and a large tree fractured my back in a few places. now I am just a spectator. but hey, I can tell you if it is going to rain out that day before the sun comes up!
