Well, I have done some searching at it seems they are very similar tread patterns (and the same company). I did see LocalMotion's problems with his cracking, I was curious if anyone else has had any problems with theirs or could give me some solid feedback.

I was @ Discount Tire today and went with the Open Country's but the guy said if he can not get them will I go with Nitto's and I said that is fine... Well, for some reason he told me they came with a 50,000 mile pro rated warranty, but for the life of me I can not find anything online to support this.... Would any of you Toyo or Nitto owners know?

Also, how is the wearing with these tires? Can I expect to get 50,000 miles out of these if I rotate them properly or will I get more like 20,000 miles?

No mileage warranty on the Nittos but they do have a 500 treadwear rating and I have 15k on mine (rotated every 5k) and mine still look near new and they've handled more than a few off road trips over the year and a half I've had them.

I've had zero issues with them and they handle daily driving duties nicely especially in the wet and white stuff.
