Crazy yes!
and no, no meat for the table. on the last day I did shoot a grouse with my bow at 30 yards. I saw a few decent bucks but they were too far out and I had hiked so far back in there it had to be a really nice buck in order for me to shoot it and haul it all the way back out.

ahhahha no, the 2 decent bucks I saw were 156 yards out (I ranged both of them feeding in a little meadow). I set up my tree stuff above a well used trail thinking I would see some action. The only action on the trail were bears but they smelled me pretty fast and took off.
