4.3 conversion and converting from auto to NV3500 manual???

My 95 4Runner is an auto and will be getting a 4.3 vortec swapped in soon. I would really like to convert it to a manual but I don't want to use the Toyota manual, instead I would prefer to use the NV3500 5 speed.

Question:

When doing the 4.3 Vortec swap do I just grab the pedal, master cyl, and lines from a Yota and extend / bend / adapt them to the NV3500???

I guess I'm not totally opposed to using the W56 tranny but the NV3500 is bullet proof...

Any options / opinions?

Scratch this, decided to go with the R150 trans and adapt it to the 4.3.
