4.3 clutch help???

I have a 1990 Toyota pickup SAS w56 tranny, I have been working on my 4.3 swap for about two months, and now after i finally get the truck up and running i cant get the clutch to disengage. When i run the adjuster rod all the way out it still wont go into gear with it running. When i put in it gear and crank it it will not move so it like it is disengaging just enough for it to not take off but there is still friction there. Has anyone else had this problem with their swap? I have done a TON of reading on this swap and have read before about people running into there flywheel being to thick and not allowing the clutch to release???? I have bleed the slave 5 times so no air in lines, the clutch fork is moving like it supposed to it just wont go into gear? help anyone had this problem!!! also i ordered everything from AA to avoid running into this problem but it turns out the extra 300 dollar didn't help haha, Im going to call them tom to see if they can help or had anyone with similar problem !!! Thanks in advance

Not completely the same setup. Im using the toyota trans w/ the AA bellhousing adapter. I had a similar issue that we fixed by adjusting it at the clutch pedal. Now I have an issue with some sort of friction and chatter. I think we might have bent a finger on the clutch when we were puting the engine back in....
