Is that a Chevy style alternator? Btw Big fan of your build Joe. It Helped me out a ˟˟˟˟ ton with mine. Thank you for doing such a good writeup.

Thank you. If I helped one person then it was worth it.

Yes it is a CS130 cased alternator. I will definitely be switching next time it breaks. I have major upgrade plans.

Joe how did you remove yours? Did you just rip it off. Cause I can't even get 2 wrenches to get the thing off.

Just 2 big wrenches. I think a 24mm and a 32mm or something like that. Pull the vac hose off the top first, of course. Then you can trace that vac hose back to the intake manifold, remove it, and plug in to that spot on the intake manifold for your boost gauge.

So I did some yota love today and it finally shut off and ripped the Alda. I feel a little different but not to much. So thank you guys for the help and info.

I'm a bit late to this one but, anyone have a part#, or pic of the solenoid you used for the fuel shutoff?
