3rd Gen Rear Axle Bearing & Seals R&R

Mikedog, this is for you since you asked me (plus anyone else that might find it usefull. Corey, if you want to make a write-up out of this then that's cool, I could take more pics since I have a bunch of old spare parts laying around.

Assuming the axle is already pulled...

Disassembly:

cut off ABS Rotor retainer (if so equipped) (42423-20010)
cut off ABS Rotor (if so equipped) (43517-35010)
remove snap ring (90520-36045)
cut off bearing retainer (42423-20010)
drill two holes in your Harbor Freight Press crossmember, sized to accept 2 opposing studs from the Bearing Cup Flange
bolt Bearing Cup Flange to the crossmember (see pic below)
press axle out of bearing/bearing cup/brake backing plate subassmebly
remove old outer seal (96-00 {90313-48001}/ 01-02 {90313-54001}
press lightly to remove old bearing (90363-40020-77)
Assembly (take a new retainer to Home Depot to size out a floor flange, nipple, and coulpling like mine to use as jigs (or SST's) (I think they are 2-1/4 but I don't remember):

press new bearing into bearing cup/brake backing plate
slide bearing/bearing cup/brake backing plate onto axle
using the press and jigs (see Assembly pic below) press onto axle until it hits the positive stop
press on new retainer
insert a new snap ring
press on a new ABS Rotor if equipped
press on new retainer if equipped with ABS being sure to get the right offset so the inner seal seals on this retainer see diagram below
Do you need to buy new parts. I have a new Timkin bearing which came with a small ring (retainer?) and got a timkin outer seal.

Quick questions on disassembly:

cut off ABS Rotor retainer
cut off ABS Rotor
remove snap ring

I know it is a good idea to, but do I need to replace all this ABS stuff or can I reuse it.
