Hi, ive got a 93 Hilux Pickup sfa with the 3L 2.8litre diesel engine and want to swap in a 1KZT. The plan is to get a banged up Surf/4Runner to get the engine from. Any advice on what to do or what I'll encounter? As its not the t-e version i'll be getting, will I need to do any major electric work? swapping instruments etc? Will There be any problem with clearance of the oil sump over the sfa? Thanks for any help

No the oil sump will fit 100% I swap it in my 94 hilux u just need to swap the bellhosing and move the engine amount to the back

Don't know if you guys are in Canada, I had a pretty hard time finding engine parts for my imported 92 hilux 3l diesel. Found a helpful place in Edmonton called 4 wheel auto.
