I used the stock rear non CV shaft because it didn't really need a CV and it was cheap to have it shortened. I only lifted 4 inches and so far the stock length splines have been long enough.
I needed a CV rear so I used the front CV and had it retubed. Had a bad vibration with the non CV shaft. Welded on new spring perches and shock mounts so I could rotate the axle for proper CV angles.

I need to compare angles on my front shaft flange vrs t-case flange. I have a trail spare that is single cardigan. Which may be better suited to run in front than the double cardigan I'm currently running. Didn't rotate front knuckles so not an ideal set up for Cv front shaft.
