Try 4Crawler.com
I think Roger has a way to determine angle and he sells shims.

Just curious how you determined you need shims?
Death wobble can have multiple causes:
Bad tie rod ends, steering box play, wheel bearings, tires out of balnce, spring bushings, loose shackles
Trunion bearings...

^^^ Like mentioned above. Try to Jack up the tires and wiggle them in out to check for play on the TE's. Bushings, and shackles. DW usually isn't as much of tire/s being out of balance as it is the Bushings and TE's, from my experience.

do you have an angle finder?

My death wobble was due to spring bushings being shot, had to pull them out to find where they were split.
A few months later it came back, this time is was broken trunion bearings- to determine that the Tie rods had to be disconnected from the steering arms.

Who did the SAS conversion?

Dave's Off Road has anti death wobble shackles (may take awhile to get)
