i have an 86 sr5 w over 250k on the chassis apparently. Odometer reads 99k. I dont know if the motor is originol or not. The head has been replaced i know.
Is there a vin on motor?

it is from CA but has seen two winters in NY so it is a bit rusty but fairly solid.

I don't think you are out of line on your price. If you had said, "mileage unknown", which is technically true and had left out the part about the head gasket, which is not verified, you could probably get $3500-$4000 for it. It's good that you were honest about it. A lot of folks wouldn't be. Shady selling will always come back on you down the road. That being said, I, personally, would be out even at $2000 due to the potential bed rust through and potential HG issue. The rust more than anything. I have an 02 4Runner that was born in NY and will never buy another northern truck again due to the thousand bolts I have had to drill and tap.

Anyway, If you are getting calls, that's good. Stay firm on that price though. You should get it. If it doesn't sell, take your ad down and try and rule out the head gasket so you don't have to put that in the description and put her back up there at $3500.
