New battery

What happened with the last battery? Did it drain down and wouldn't start as well? If you have a multi meter, check the voltage on the battery to make sure you have 12+ volts. If it doesn't, you have a draw/charging problem, if it does have good voltage, then you have some sort of ignition/starter issue. Not a whole lot of details to go on, little things like you can hear it click etc really helps.

does the engine turn over but not start? or does it do nothing? Do the interior lights works? Does it click when you try to start it? Did you double check that it is installed correctly and that all the wires are connected to the new battery terminals? Are you sure you didn't drop any wires in the engine bay?

A problem well stated is a question half answered. No that's not it, whatever it is Rad says..
We need a better explanation unless you want random off the wall answers.. it's the soogleflange mis alignment obviously!!
You uh got the terminals connected the right way around? If not you probably blew a fuse or damaged something.. you have check these things, actually never trust the big box counter person or thier parts test and check everything before it is installed. The last two batteries they gave me as "direct fit" we're both smaller sized(did not fit the battery tray) and had the terminals reversed (positive side does not go near the fender!)
