Clutch and 4x4 help please
Ok for the clutch, I put new clutch in truck 3 months ago however I can push clutch all the way to floor and it is still hard to engage in 1st and this is from dead stop and then same thing happens when i first start off and try going into reverse, but then while driving going into 4th has a problem????
4x4 when i push lever into 4 hi or lo it goes into 4x4 but as soon as i start to drive it catches every few secs and make a loud clunk noise any suggestions on what to look at?
Any help is appreciated

First replace the shifter bushing and ball with the Marlin Crawler units and see if that works. It has cured many of these issues for $25. Also check to see if you have the black clutch pedal bracket...it it's grey it may have cracked. Also check the firewall to make sure it hasnt cracked.
When the 4x4 is "catching" are you on pavement? Specifically, turning on pavement (like backing/turning out of a driveway)? Because if so that's normal and you are stressing the transfer case as the front and rear driveshafts try to spin at different speeds. If it's "catching" when you are on soft dirt/off-road there is another problem.
