No front heat, radio or clock
I thought I was going to take my 93 3.slow 4runner to the junk yard after I found out I needed a valve job in order to pass emissions. I pulled out a working radio and then found out I could use a friends shop and do the cylinder heads myself. Now that it is back together and passed emission I'm dealing with other problems. I put the radio back in but it doesn't work, neither does the front heat/ac (rear heat blows fine), dome light, and the clock. I checked the fuses on the drivers side and behind the glove box but they were all good. I don't have a test light to check but was wondering what could affect all three of those at once. I haven't checked to see if the cigarette lighter works either but my whole dash is apart and I can't figure it out.

Well since you removed the radio, take the dash back apart and make sure you didn't leave anything unplugged. Thats where I would start. Hopefully you didn't break any wiring back there.

I just cut the wires that went to the Radio making sure not to short anything out by crossing power and ground. The dash is apart and the only thing that isn't plugged in now is a white connector that comes out of what looks like a computer that is located behind the radio, I don't remember unplugging it but I can't find where it goes back in

The heater blower switch, A/C switch, Defog switch, Hazard switch, Rear power windows switch, Rear door lock switch, Radio, Clock, Cig lighter and dome light are all tied together. It looks like all these are powered by the junction block through the rheostat, ect pattern select switch or the o/d main switch. I would check that those three things are plugged in first.

I didn't cut anything I wasn't supposed to. I just took out the radio. I got the clock, dome and radio back on after awhile of not driving by replacing a 15A fuse in the engine compartment, can't recall which one now. The radio was getting power constantly but the accessory power was not coming on, after replacing the blown fuse it regained power The front blower still isn't working but I've got a test light now and can figure it out.

Ya it's an after market stereo. I've got the same sticker. The one thing that was unplugged before was the amplifier for the original stereo I took that out today.
