Higher Power Option for Headlights

Alright, I know that the easy fix for dim headlights is to install a harness that powers the lights directly from the battery (like this one: http://amzn.to/1QR7IX4). Is there a recommended brand/version? I have Amazon Prime, so I'm kind of fond of shopping there due to cost. There seem to be issues with the wires or the relays on all of the units I see.
