Dash light issues

I've searched and come up empty to this point.
I have a 1990 4x4 extended cab SR5 pickup and am having dash light issues.
When driving and the heater is on, after about 20 minutes I lose the lights on the r/h side of the instrument cluster.
No speedo, fuel, battery gauge lights at all. The whole right side is out.
Let the truck sit 15 minutes or so and it seems to cool down enuf that the lights will come back on.
I've checked the bulbs, connections, etc. on the back of the cluster and cannot find an issue.
Anyone else run into this?
Any ideas on what it could be?

I would clean the ground by the drivers kick panel, reseat or replace the bulbs, and I have seen the screws on the back of the cluster that can loosen over time. I would tighten all of them again and see if that helps. Only thing I can really think of.

Thanks Terrys87
Got it figured late last night. Turned out the r/h bulb had a loose contact. I was changing the bulbs and when I rolled the condom off the right one I found the bulb was smokey dark.
