Bye Bye electrical!!! Maybe?

Alright, so heres where Im at with this idea.... havent seen it done before....
Okay... so rebuilding my 82 22r with a lce super charger and holley 500 carb mounted.... so that doesnt need wires or any vaccum lines
If I run an ms ignition system and a one wire alternator.... I have a shop that says it can build me one or i adapt a old chevy one
So thats everything i need to make the motor run..... I think>?
Has anybody run a new electrical circuit for the remainder of the vehicle?
Im wanting to put this in a 86 4 runner I have thats got a hacked up wire harness.....
Should I run a oldschool wire harness for my lights ignition and blinkers, try to hack into what remains on the wires.... or has anyone done something like this?

fyi.... The wires the would connect to the clock on an sr5 have been cut, theres wires cut right off the back of the fuse box, the rear window is rigged up with a separate switch and wires run down the floor board....
Yes some moron got ahold of this thing..... New or used wire harness is expensive and everybody know toyota put way to much into elecronics.... so anybody that has advice or has an opinion id like to hear....

You can install a new aftermarket harness fairly easily. I'm in the process of doing that in my 81 4x4. My original harness had been chopped up and eaten by rats. It takes a little electrical knowledge in pinning the new harness to the original Toyota column wiring, but not impossible. The rest of the truck is pretty simple. I'm using a GM CS130 alternator to upgrade to 105 amps. Also upgrading my gauges and installing a/c so needs more power
