Seats for 86 Standard cab

Hello all,
I have an 1986 standard cab with the vinyl seats and would like to upgrade. I saw a picture of one with a nice cloth seat with an arm rest. What are the options for different seats?

Pretty much anything can work if you do some modifications. I have a Subaru seat in my 87 xtra cab.
