Repairing Frame Damage? pics...

Very end of the frame on my 87 Toyota is trashed. Not sure what happened exactly, amybe a tow hitch or tow point got ripped out...But I need to figure out how to fix it. I was thinking just cutting both sides and slipping some sqaure tube into the frame. Or maybe trying to find another Yota and splicing the end. Any ideas?

Its going to have 62" Deavers and I bet the shackle point will be where the frame damage is, so just cutting it off os not what I want to do.

All the tube and nasty welded crap is going too...

I put a piece of 2x3 between my frame rails when I did my suspension kit. I stretched my wheebase out 4" in the rear and put the shackle hanger right at the end of the frame where it wasn't boxed. I would recommend the same to you!
