New Motor Break In Time

OK this is the deal, I'm having new HG's, Valve Job, Timing Belt, and new Waterpump in my rig. My question is, do I have to worry about break in time for this job on the engine? If so, please explain. Thank you all.

Best thing to do with a new motor is run it at 2000-3000 rpm unloaded or lightly loaded for 15-20 minutes to let the moving surfaces burnish.

Then run the piss out of it, harder you run it the better the rings will seat.

Of course, you want to make sure you aren't having lubrication or cooling issues before running it hard.
