Transmission Problem. Shifting solenoid gone bad?

Hi there!
New to yotatech. Stoked to start learning more about my Limited 95 4Runner.
Recently when putting my car into reverse the whole transmission would clunk causing the entire car to jolt. It's an automatic so when shifting into gears it would jolt as well. Anyway, the other day I reversed into my street then put it in drive. I stepped on the gas now the transmission doesn't even engage. Now I have a sitting car. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem and get my car back on he road? Could it be a shifting solenoid?
Any help would be great!

Thanks!
