Welcome to YT

Welcome to YotaTech.

With over 40,000 registered members, 1,581,141 (1-4-2009) posts and 65 different forums to choose from, YT can take a little while to figure out. Part of the reason YT works so well is that all members contribute their knowledge and feel free to ask questions. On average, YT has over 1,200 registered users visit everyday. That's a lot of knowledge for you to tap into... and share as well.

Be sure to familiarize yourself with the YT Forum Rules first:

The SEARCH feature is your friend. Search can be accessed through the tool bar located just above at any time. While you are new, always search for the answers before you post. You’ll be amazed what is already out there. If you can’t find the information you are looking for, post up your question with a clear title so others will be able to help you.

How to get started...

First things first.... create your signature and be sure to note where you are located. The more details you provide about your vehicle the better response you'll get in regards to the technical problems you might be having or the mods you are planning to make.

Take a moment to introduce yourself. Let others know a little about you, your vehicles, pets, hobbies… maybe explain the origin of your username:

Post a thread all about your rig. Show it off, put up some pics, list the mods you wish to do or have done. Be sure to read the guidelines first and place your vehicle in the appropriate section by model and year:

“Check Out My Truck”

If you are new to Toyota's in general, start posting your questions here if a SEARCH didn't help you already find the answer you were looking for:

Check out to see if there are any groups in your geographically area that are actively planning events. This is a great way to meet other Toyota enthusiast to wheel with, wrench with or simply make local friends with:

Taken a trip? YT would really like to see where you have been. Feel free to give us the details. Where you went, what you did… how many times you got stuck :

Find your vehicle model and year here and start reading. Probably more information in this section of YT than any other. Post up your questions as well.

Don’t forget the YT WIKI. Constantly evolving and just crammed full of good Toyota stuff:
