Since people insist on using it: T4R- Toyota 4Runner. Caution- may get you beat up if used in the presence of the wrong company. And my pickup is not a Tacoma.

I cannot stand the T4R abbreviation - however, you are right, people do still insist on using it.

OME - Old Man Emu - Austrailian Mfg. of suspension components and lift kits
Rancho - Monroe suspension off road/heavy duty division - shocks/springs/lift kits
KYB - Shock mfg.
CVT - constantly variable transmission - originally used in some small european cars in the 50's and 60's now making a comeback in certain Hybrid models.

Breather - Small one-way valve or filter designed to vent pressurized gasses from an enclosure, such as a differential/axle housing, transmission, transfer case, crankcase, etc.

Cutout - Exhaust cutout. TB (not to be confused with throttle body) - "thanks button" -A short lived experiment on YT in an attempt to curb 1 to 3 word posts in order to clean up and shorten threads that died a nasty, blood soaked death on 11/23/2010.
