Whats going on with my spark plugs?

I have ran these plugs since June after a new head gasket. Maybe 500 to 1000 miles. The First and worst is from the first cyl. Rest don't look so bad. This is on a 1986 22R with a Weber Carb. Thanks. Also plugs are NGK R BPR5EA-L Is this the correct plug?

Deposits
The accumulation of deposits on the firing end is influenced by oil leakage, fuel quality and the engine's operating duration.

looks like you're burning a little oil

did you change your valve stems seals while you had the head off? how many miles are on the head?

The machine shop installed new seals after they straightened the head and re seated the valves. They came with the engnbldr gasket kit. Since it was redone? 500-1000. The truck its self has 236,000 so who knows the history of the the head. A little oil is fine(it doesnt smoke) but i noticed most of the plugs are kind of white as well. Should I replace with a colder plug or?

new PCV valve with the rebuild too?

if it's clogged, it could be sucking oil into the intake

if not, I'd say yeah try a colder plug

my guess he's just got some blowby from the rings pressurizing the crank case and the oil is getting sucked into either the carb or the PCV system. or the pcv valve is stuck open.

Two observations after oil leak statement. Weird for it to be out of the hole like that right? Maybe oil from a past job?(Just did timing chain) Maybe not torqued properly? What do you torque yours to?

just use stock plugs, but definitely replace your PCV valve if you didn't do so during the rebuild; that may be all it is
