needed torque information

where could I find information for 1990 Toyota pu 2wd 22r engine torque spec.s for rear seal retainer also oil pick up tube

From what I found in the FSM, the "Cylinder block x Rear oil seal retainer" torque is 13 foot lbs. The "Cylinder block x Oil strainer" torque is 9 ft lbs
