Idle Problems; Please help to make sure Good or Bad AFM??

My car is 93 camry V6 3vz-fe engine it had 160k on the it.
Can not cold start. Need add little gas in order to start the engine. The idle will around 100-150 rpm's after warm up or 10 mins driving.
I already change IAC Valve, EGR, air filiter, fuel filiter, PCV valve and check ECT, vacuum hoses is ok that still can not get back 700~750 rpm idle.
I check the AFM between E2 and Vs that come out 645 ohms before remove air filiter vent and it come out 300~465 ohms after un-clamp the air vent and tear 10~15 degree to measuring plate inside the AFM (I think that change to 300~465 ohms due to change 10~15 degree and measuring plate weight create it)
When I push measuring plate slowly that drop from 465ohms to 200 something ohms then go back to 400 something ohms then to 600 something ohms and go back to 400 something ohms as wave pattern 2 to 3 times until full open. If I push hard on measuring plate that will have 1000 something ohms or Infinity some times.
Is it possible AFM could be bad?? The stock fsm calls for 200~600 ohms fully closed and do not know what is spec. for fully open.
Other than that i'm not sure what else to check? Anyone have any ideas or knowledge about the AFM? I have done alot of searching but can't seem to find the answer's I'm looking for to fix the idle problem.

Thanks for the help any comments would be appreciated.

I can only make enough sense out of what you're saying to be able to tell you that the AFM is probably working just fine. And that it's pretty pointless to go guessing what the problem might be with it, especially if you haven't got any real reason to suspect there is one. Meaning, what codes are leading you to believe there's a problem with the AFM?

And what the hell's wrong with the idle speed adjusting screw? Or have you not even found that yet?

I know I can adjusting idle with the idle speed adjusting screw. But the car have normal idle few months ago then come out the no idle problem.
It have around 200rpm idles after I clean the AFM vent by spray crab cleaner on it.

You should never spray any kind of cleaner into an AFM. It's probably not going to work again unless you open it up and clean all of the electronic components inside of it. Even then it might be toast, so might start thinking about how to go about replacing it.
