3.4 engine near me
I about to start my 3.4 swap out for my 93. I have a wrecking yard about hour and half away that has numerous 3.4 engines. TOYONLYSWAPS from what I've heard buys their engines from them. They're asking $900-$1300 on ebay and $200 shipped this isn't including any engine harness. What would be a reasonable offer if I make a trip down there for the the engine, ECU, O2 sensors, engine harness, OBDII connection etc.

DO NOT BUY JUST A MOTOR; buy as much of the donor truck as you possibly can.
If you buy just the engine for $900-1300, expect to pay at least that again for all the various odds and ends swap parts you'll end up needing.
Make yourself familiar with the various stickies in the 3.4 swap forum: https://www.yotatech.com/f160

I've read through the stickies numerous times over last couple months. It's from a wrecked vehicle itself and the engine is still in the vehicle. I've had a few people go through same wrecking yard and did the swap fine. I'm just wanting a second opinion and wanting to know price range on how much I should ask for if they try to over sell me. Granted the amount of miles on the engine diminishes the value of the engine a little. I'll search in ebay for a listing the company has.

When my first 3.4 showed off it's cracked heads, I ended up paying $1200 from a junk yard around Sacramento for just a long block (from a 96 4Runner, 150k miles).
Earlier before I found my donor, I went to a couple of junk yards asking if they'd do a "swap package" and after itemizing everything I would want, they all seemed to be in the $2,000-2,500 range.
If you do go the junk yard route, just be sure you understand what all you need and try to get everything up front and all from the same donor, and be aware that they're there to make as much money off you as they can, versus someone trying to sell a totaled truck just to get rid of it and MAYBE make a few dollars at the same time.
