2003 4Runner Limited Lift Question
I have a 2003 Limited 4WD V8 4Runner. It has 80K miles on it and its time to replace the suspension. Rather than replace with OEM parts and being an automotive enthusiast I have opted for a mild suspension lift. I don't really drive off-road much and the lift is basically an alternative to replacing with comparably priced OEM parts. I am going with Sway-a-Way's 2" coils up front and 2" lift spring/shock combo for the rear. I have 2 questions and any other input would be appreciated...
1) Is there anything I should know about this vehicle's stock suspension, i.e. electronics/XREAS, that will make the install of this setup more difficult?
2) What size tire will I be able to fit on the stock 17s after the lift? The largest I imagine is a 285/70/17, can I go bigger?
Thank you

I'm looking at the ICON (formerly Donahoe Racing) setup for my "03, i'm pretty sure you will need to scrap the XREAS system. I put a 2.5 inch leveling kit on the front and run a 285 tire no problem.
