1991 Toy Itasca Trans stuck
Just bought a 1991 V6 with 140000, drove fine for a couple days but this morning I have two lights on on the gear selector P and Low. When I select Drive the Low light stays on and Trans does not shift out of Low. Whatever I select "Low" light stays on. I manually shifted from low to 2nd and then to drive
no shift happens. I checked fluid when hot and looks full. I am thinking of replacing the transmission shift solenoids since it has a lot of miles and its age. Is this to bad a job? I read where its drain, drop pan and remove and replace solenoids. Found a kit on Amazon for A340 by DAACO for 70$. Thanks for any hints to make this my fiirst job on my new Toy home on wheels

Didnt get a fault light on checking OBD1, so looks like speed sensor 1 or 2...or ECM...Truck-Camper wont go into Drive is the issue stuck in 2nd. Wondering about the speed sensors can they be changed quickly? If its the ECM... is that just a expensive box replacement easily done?
