How do i know that i have 8inch front and rearend? I dont what where one tire spins i want them both to spin so i don't get stuck as easy.

Because Toyota p/us and 4runners with factory solid axles have 8" front and rear diffs.
If you dont want the tire spin, then get a locker, like has been mentioned many times already in this thread.

You can loop the axle code on teh VIN plate:

But unless someone has swapped in another axle, you have 8" front and rear. An auto-locker or manually selectable one (e-locker or air locker) will do what you want:

dude you need to go read up alot before you go wheeling again. If you dont even know the difference between a locker and locking hubs then you also need to LOOK OVER and LEARN your truck. Sorry if im harsh but thats just not smart wheeling when you dont even know anything bout your truck! ... again sorry for being harsh

it's N/P i know what locking hubs are because i have them in the front but i didn't know that i had limited slip in the rear, untill i got stuck for the first time. But i was just woundering where to get the locker from i didn't know what is best to do get a locker or weld the spider gears. and also i am learning as i go too so it's cool that is why i like places like this that i can talk to other people and get there info and help from about ideas.

If you want a cheap spool, pull out the differential and just weld up the spider gears..

honeslty that is a cheap way to do it, but personally if you wanna wheel and dont wanna spend lots of money in the long run get a locker. Nothings cheap cheap in this world and you wanna get good quaility equipment id suggest a detroit or aussie or if you want selectable get a arb and im not sure what others are selectable youd have to shop around. either way welding it willlll work but youll go threw tires.

well it just going to be in the mud that is it. It is not street legale and will not be i got the cat cut off, and it is not tag or inspected and not really plan on it so yeah

If i weld up the spider gears now. Then later go out and buy a locker/spool for the truck. what then would i have to buy to do that.

here is a question i not sure of.
Does the spool just replace the spider gears?

man we are trying to be rude. bu tyou need to search young grasshopper. ALL of teh questions you have asked could have been answered with a simple search on here, googel, and other places. Search-we all do it. go to googel, type in "locker in toyota" or "how does differential locker work"

dude..just take it to a shop..and tell em you want to weld up the diff's front and rear...it'll be ok since it's strictly a trail-rig...
