thought it was weird also. i looked at tons of lift kits and knone of them lokked like what i got. maybe i'll look into a real lift kit. any recommendations?

well by looking at your truck i assume you have a 4" drop bracket lift and 3" body lift right??? so i guess any 4" leaf pack would work. your truck looks beast btw. i love the whole wide tire look. what size tire and rims you running?

your rig looks real mean for sure. lol as far as lift though you might be able to put some chevy springs and a shackle or add a leaf. i think that should net you around 4 inches of lift give or take

That is called a "traction lift".
There were sold many, many years ago....
Funny thing is, they are on backwards....
They are designed to be traction bars and lift block in the same unit......

TRACTION LIFT
Acts as a lifting device and as a traction bar. Warrior traction lift is a fully adjustable traction bar to help preload all your traction needs. The traction lift replaces your 2 1/2" lift block or can be used as a 2 1/2" lift for added ride clearance. The system mounts between your leaf spring pack and your differential housing, with the main bar pointed forward, on the rear end housing of your vehicle. The vertical "U-shaped" bars extend above the leaf spring where two cross pins are installed. The traction lift system is not designed to be used in the front of the vehicle. If you are not replacing lift blocks when you install your traction lift, you will need longer u-bolts
