Wont Start after head gasket replace

So I went to start the car and had power and everything, turned it over it clicked like a fuse blowing maybe and now no power at all. The kicker is the fact that when I tried to start it, i didn't realize until afterwards that the wire from the ignitor to the distributor cap wasn't plugged in. Could that have done something? Any ideas what electrical component to check?
Thanks!!!!!

I tried the fuse!

I checked out the EFI fuse and it was good! I disconnected and reconnected the battery. The car makes some electrical noise, all the dash lights come on and then everything turns on...

Check the circuit opening relay behind the psgr. Kick panel, it opens the relay and gives the EFI it's power.
