91 4runner 3.0

Horn wire: someone unhooked the horn on the pass side ( IS THERE SUPPOSED TO BE TWO HORNs?) Anyway I cannot find any wire anywhere close that it should connect???

Mystery wires: Looks like this harness was yanked out of whatever it connected to. One wire is black the other is yellow with a red stripe. This is in front of and below the coolant reservoir. WHAT IS THIS WIRE?

THE two wires look like they'd be in about the location to connect to the driv side turn signal but it works fine

Dude , there is a black cylinder for the AC , I dont know the name of it but any way that black cylinder has a small little glass on top to see the freon.
about 3 or 4 inches away from the cylider along the aluminum hose there is a connector .
this wire looks like it was connected there.
right above in your last picture.
I will go out to my truck and double check.

WHy don't you just trace the wires and find out where they go. If they go into a main harness then its probibly factory.

If not it might be something that was on there in the past.
