I've had one of my '95 Runner's for about 3 years now. The rear wiper has never worked. The front wipers work on medium and high, but not on low or delay. Anyone else had this problem? Checked all fuses, everythings ok there. Just curious if this is common problem before I start ripping out and replacing motors, switches, etc. Looking for advice on a good starting place to start to fix this problem. THANKS!

In my 86 the low and high would worl; but not delay. It turned out to be a shorted relay. I would start there.
