where is the cheapest place to get a new tank to hold water for my windshield wipers. 92 Toyota Pickup 4x4 v6
Actually I need all of it as I dont think the pump works either its all old and this is a rebuild

Best cheap place is a salvage yard (4Runner would be same one too).
Check ebay (I got at radiator overflow bottle there).
craigslist
And last and cost the most is your local dealer parts for the tank.
I think you can get the pump at auto stores like Auto Zone...

Are you replacing the tank just because it's old? My 21 year old tank is still in perfect condition...no reason to replace it if it isn't damaged.

Bottom gone is probably related to a battery leak at some point. Call Gary Smith & he'll fix you up. Let him know we sent you from the Toyota forum.

My washer tank started leaking, slow but steady, at about 18 years. It's a much flimsier part than the coolant overflow tank.
I replaced it with a new OEM unit from one of the online discount Toyota dealers.

The "Jar, Washer Assy" runs $38 to $112 at www.ToyotaPartsZone.com, depending on model. I've never ordered from them (but they have a great web site). You might want to get your dealer price before you wander the junk yards.
