Who's running 37's?
Searched and found a few threads with rigs running 37's.
Like this one, https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...73/index1.html
I'm curious to see how people actually running 37's are liking it?
I'm beating myself up now for buying 33's when i could of gotten the set of same tire new in 35 for only 25$ more a tire.. To alleviate that self pity I'm aiming for 37's.
I got a buddy with a Dodge on 37's, Toyo's, and buddies who all run 35's on their yotas etc.
I got the room for 37's and the gear/axles to boot, just lookn for some pics/experience/stories =)
shoot!

First time out of the shop after the SAS. The front is lower than that now (lots of adjusting and settling) and finally today the rear has new spring packs (my own concoction) .. but 33's are to small. It looks to Hawaii style LOL (as my hawaiian friend likes to now make fun of me for)
then this... worst "stuck" EVER.. was a nightmare to get the truck out, I had to miss a day of work to recover it. Was beyond frustrating. This happened on my brothers property 80 acres (farm) .. nothing could get it out.

Awesome tire, I highly reccomend it! It's a very light tire which helps with acceleration/gas mileage. For a single cab pickup, it's a great tire to run with stock 4.10 gears and a manual trans. Don't let anyone tell you that won't work, get out there and try it out. 4.88's might make ya happier but not worth the $ IMO. The truck wheels awesome with stock Tcase and 4.10's on these tires. Plenty of POWER!!!! No problems

OMG, did you recover that from the leaf spring???
dude, get yourself some recovery points on that thing, you're going to rip that freshly install front axle right out from under the truck! lmao

you do what you gotta do man! oh and no thats now how i ended up getting out. I spent many hours hand digging the truck out. Jack it up an inch... fill in under the tires... repeat about 6 times. I was rediculously high centered on a rotten log. Eventually dessimated the log to nothing more than bark. Truck eventually got out on it's own power

I run 37" mtrs and really like them.
I wish I had the money to run them for street tires instead of my 32's. The 37" mtrs smooth out the ride a lot compared to 31's or 32's. It is like riding on 4 balloons. They also preform on-road a lot better than my street tires especially in braking.
I run 4 inches of suspension lift and 2" of body lift.
The front axle is move forward about 3 inches and the rear axle is moved back about 1 inch.
Here is how it sits on level ground.
A high-lift jack can be turned into a come along and is a lot cheaper than a winch

I am happy with 35's for now.
My $299 Smittybuilt works alot better for recovery than my 48" high-lift. It's 4x the cost of a high-lift and makes recovery 10x faster.
Seems worth the price to me.
I'll only use my high-lift as a last resort. Been there done that.

using a highlift as a cum along is a pita. And i dont have one lol. We have cumalongs tho. But where the truck was stuck it was impossible to get anything behind it or infront of it to really pull it out and a cum along wouldn't of had enough length of pull.. to do me any good. in other words. it would of spooled up to fast.

Im running 37s on my truck and I love it, went from 30x9.50 r 15 bald bfg allterrains, to 37-13R15 boggers!! They are a huge difference, my truck is not a daily driver but I do occasionally drive it on the street. You feel every bump in the road, you can barely hear the radio, it follows the dips in the road...but would I change it?? Hell no!!! I would drive it everyday If they werent so expensive and lasted longer.
I love posting pics of my truck!

I have a winch and a hi-lift, so Im good!
My truck has about 7in of lift with the 5in spring and 6in shackles! Front axle moved 5in forward (I think thats how much a SAS moves the axle up 107in wheelbase) I rub on the firewall and the fenders, the boggers tear up my plastic inner fenders though!! I need to tub the firewall!!
