wheel studs!!!!

wheel studs!!!!

i had a problem the other day i was on my way to the tire shop to get my front alligend and i broke 4 wheel studs like the lug studs on one tire i got it pulled off the road and a tow truck called so my question is how do i replace the studs i got new ones but not to sure on how to install them and take the broke ones out
any help would be great

you'll need to pull off the wheel hubs (bearings and all) and remove the rotor. after that, knock out the broken studs with a hammer. to put the new ones in, stick the stud through the hole, put a couple washers (with a few drops of oil on them) on the wheel side and tighten the lug nut to pull it through (best done with an impact gun)

do you know where i can get a diagram i am more of a visual learner i have one for manual hubs but i have ADD

im not sure how i broke 4 wheel studs but they broke i replaced them today and brand new lugs it wasnt as hard as i thought just a very time consuming process i am going to say i more than likely didnt have them tight enough im going to blame this on me it could be something else but not sure
