Whats involved inlift kit

Hi,
can someone either tell me or point me in the right direction about lift kits.
Ive just purchased a second hand OME 2in lift, front shock, rear coil, rear shocks and steering damper. I know the steering one but what is involved in the front and rear changeover.

Is there a tutorial and how long would it roughly take?

thanks in advance.

You know what? That's just wrong. Plain and simple wrong.
At least suggest the person look at the OEM site.
and if you can't help, don't answer.
Just 'cause yer having a bad day doesn't mean someone else should too.
