what does ground behind grille on driver side go to 91 22re 4x4 pickup
There is a ground there right behind grille and its not connected to anything does it go to headlight or something else

Maybe something a PO had there that grounded like a light and they cut I off?

Looks like someone added that on. My '94 doesn't have that ground.
