Doesn't sound too bad for 600 bucks. I'm biased against blocks (as you may already know) but if you're not beating the truck up all the time, carrying heavy loads, etc, you should be okay.

Try and stay away from blocks if at all possible.

OLD MAN EMU.......trdparts4u.com
That is what I bought, still working on the truck but I am impressed with the quality of the parts. Trdparts was very good also.

we have a truck that had that lift on it since it was new in 89. SASed it, but still running 2" blocks in the rear. Had 4" blocks before and no problems whatsoever. Do not, however, EVER buy aluminum blocks. It can spit them out. My opinion is that you'll be fine.

my opinion is that these trucks have enough lift stock or maybe a 1 inch bodfy lift to keep me on ifs happy all day.... if i were to lift i would want to just spend the money on a solid swap....

i would spend the money on a second set of offroad tires, lockers, armor bumpers or a winch before i would lift...

but my opinion is just that ymmv

See i bought a lift, haven't put it on yet, but i agree with this.

I am buying all the stuff i want then i will put it on at the same time.

This includes lift, armor, and locker!

Either way, good luck with your decision!

Well im not gonna be crawlin or anything that extreme so i dont NEED a locker tho it would be nice. armor would be good cuz im gona be driving thru the woods all summer gettin firewood. But i just want the lift for now. and the 3'' pro comp isnt really pro comp at all, i think im right on the 3'' tho lol. it has pro comp explorer stickers but thats all, the shocks in the rear are "sensa track" and in the front i cant tell wtf they are, theres no writing, theyre jist red and white.

cheaper and good for hauling firewood mahear!
