with a carbed engine you can run propane injection... kinda like you can do a methanol injection on diesels. why? i havnt a clue

There are a few reasons for running propane.

One is that it runs at any angle, i have a buddy on propane who flopped and had to reach up and turn his truck off cause it was still idling. Also it wont spill everywhere if you flop

Another is you can idle at about 300 rpm's

I'd rather have efi than propane
