ok so the truck is a 1988 v6 3vze 4x4
so the problem first thing in the morning I go to start the truck it will idle for a sec or two then dies after that i can crank it and crank it and nothing then 4 or five mins later I crank it again and starts up spiting and fluttering then idle out after a little bit . but if i give it any gas it will die again cant give it any gas till it gets warmer. after the truck is warm it runs like a top and as long as it has not been setting a long time it will start right back up.

i have replaced the cold start injector cleaned the TB and replaced the plugs ,wires, Cap have not found any vac leaks the cold start is coved in gas if you pull it out after trying to crank it.

The problem is only when its cold !

give it a try holding throttle wide open for a few cranks see if it starts

tied that still no go i set out there for about 5 mins cranked it about 15 times then started

could be a number of things I don't know the tools you have but id check Iac with a meter and your airflow meter couldent find your iac location or resistance specs but the airflow meter is in this one

ok so there's the skinny I have not checked the iac due to 10 inches of snow today but if i go out and crank it once and let it set after that for about 5 min then crank it again start up fine any clue

fuel pressure regulator? pressure not holding in lines dirty pump sock im not sure what it is hope someone else will reply with there thoughts on this
